@Ask_Spectrum Over 24 hours of no service now in Orange County with no explanations or updates on when it will be restored. TWC was so much better. Never had this experience.

@Ask_Spectrum internet has been down in Orange County ca for OVER 24 HOURS!!! This is the second time in a week! No updates except “as soon as possible”Spectrum is the worst! Customer service is never helpful. Execs do better!

@Ask_Spectrum This problem is ONLY on the iPhone (though I do not have an android to test it on) not the Roku. It only happens on long recordings like football, and seems to happen when the game is recording while I’m playing it back. I have to go to my Roku, to advance out of the loop.

@Ask_Spectrum I’m done I’m not wasting anymore time I appreciate it but I’ve done this for 2 years. & it’s never changed. So I don’t wanna waste anymore time it’s too much of a pain in the ***. If this is what it takes to report the issue up the food chain.
