Maybe not.
Maybe this time the warehouses, under strict guard on the dark side of the moon, are bulging with fully tested, flawless, ready to go cameras!
Maybe they will release the R5 Mk II and the R1 Mk III, just because they can!
Maybe the outer space cargo vessels are already on their way!

Just curious - why is registration required for WIFI and Bluetooth?
Edit: OK, so here's the answer for Bluetooth: https://support.bluetooth.com/hc/en-us/articles/360049018272-Do-I-Need-to-Qualify

I need a new body. My current one is way too heavy, girthy around the middle. It looks tired and the macro optics are beginning to wear out. 😉

It depends what you are trying to be compliant to and for.
All radios effectively need registering and covered by processes within organisations such as CE and FCC.
Compatibility I think is where the WiFi alliance comes in and the BLE SIG and to be able to utilise those names and logos.
We have an 802.11xx system but the front end is optical not RF. It is brought under the umbrella of WiFi alliance and has it's own IEEE working group. Even though this creates work for my own people this device still contains a radio and should be compliant.
The cameras I would think have an FCC license number as well.
